Warranty

Every Auraelemental Bracelet undergoes exhaustive quality control processes and rigorous standards before being delivered to you. All Auraelemental products come with a comprehensive 12-month international warranty. The warranty coverage includes:

• Defects arising from the manufacturing process
• Cracks or impurities present within the gemstones
• Damages or defects affecting the hardware components
• Re-stringing services

Auraelemental reserves the right to reject warranty claims deemed fraudulent or falling outside the scope of the warranty coverage, such as normal wear and tear.

If you require re-stringing services for your bracelet after the warranty period has expired, please feel free to send your bracelet back to us, and we will provide complimentary re-stringing.

For international warranty claims, please note that Auraelemental will not be responsible for any potential shipping or airfreight costs incurred.
