Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error will not be accepted.

All accessories must be new and unopened to be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Process

Contact Us First — Do not send your item back without prior authorization.
Email: support@auraelemental.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. -
Receive Return Instructions — We will email you the return shipping address after approval. Please do not send items to the manufacturer or the original shipping address.

Ship the Item Back — Use a trackable shipping service for items over USD $50.

Inspection & Refund/Replacement — Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the result via email.

If the return is without valid reason, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refund Timeline

Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be issued to your bank within 10 business days after we receive and confirm the returned item. Processing time depends on your card-issuing bank.

PayPal: Refund will be sent to your PayPal account within 5 business days after confirmation.

Returns and replacements are only applicable to orders purchased on auraelemental.com. For purchases made through third-party sellers, please contact the seller directly.

If your item is faulty upon arrival (DOA), we will arrange a replacement or refund and reimburse shipping after inspection.
